Ordered irn bru got sent coke what a joke. Nan bread was more like bread than nan. Fries were just aldi ones

My card was charged but my food never arrived. I called the restaurant numerous times but no one answered. If they were closed, my order shouldn't have been possible, let alone "accepted". I want a full refund!

The delivery bloke came taken my money gave food and then told the village burger place o never paided my money got robbed now they expecting me to pay them

Ordered 2 large fish and chips online asking for plenty of salt and vinegar, like you do at the chippies but when the order arrived, I was shocked! There was no fish and chips but masala fish and a tiny portion of squishy fries! Rang them to complain, only to be told that they are not a chippy and do not have cod and chips!!! So why o why is there cod and chips on the menu?! Anyway, the masala fish could not be eaten because it had too much salt! I wonder why?! Won’t order from here again, the misleading menu online needs to be corrected!

Quality of the food was averaged and I ordered something else and received something else and when I received the order and after that I called on customer service but nobody attended the call which is no good now I make my mind that I never ordered again.

The pizza was uundercooked and they delivered wrong items. When called staff were rude on the phone.

Delivery time was at 7.30 , rang the restaurant he said he hasn't even started the order ? So I cancelled it as I can't wait 2 hours for fast food !

Took almost 2hrs to receive my order. Called the restaurant, they said the driver was out n he reached after 40mins of my call. Food was cold n n hard. Would not order from this place again.
